Gas prices dip by 76 cents this week
Local drivers have at least one reason to smile this week; there has been a dip in gas prices at the pump.{{more}}
As of Monday, February 13, the price of gasoline has dropped by 76 cents, from $14.66 to $13.90 per gallon.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves made this announcement on Monday at a press conference held at Cabinet Room.
While there has been a decrease in the price of gasoline, the price of diesel and remained the same at $13.64 per gallon.
Fuel prices have made a number of dips and climbs over the past few months; on September 19, gasoline prices fell from $15.30 to $15.10, while the price of diesel went up to $13.77 from $13.75.
On November 15, last year, gasoline dipped to $14.66, while thirteen cents was knocked off of diesel, bringing it to $13.64.
