Little regard for the graveyard

As human beings we are supposed to respect human life. Further we should respect the earthly record of that life.{{more}}
As can be seen from the photo, which was taken along the North River Road end of the St Georgeâs Cathedral cemetery, some people seem to have very little regard for either. Food cartons, plastic bottles, junk, refuse, are deposited on graves, as consumers/passersby show no regard for the religious sanctuary that is a graveyard.
Hey. how about the overgrown grass on one grave site?
I would love to get comments from the Church, citizens, and related powers-that-be as to what all this signifies.
Just another sign of the times?
