Three weeks, no arrest for Alvisha Browne matter

Three weeks after Alvisha Browne of Ottley Hall was shot and killed, no arrests have been made in the matter.{{more}}

Newly appointed Criminal Investigations Department (CID) chief ASP Elton Jackson said several persons have been picked up for questioning and released.

He noted that the police are still continuing their investigations in the matter.

Browne, 19, mother of three, became this country’s second homicide for the year after the bullet from an unknown assailant’s gun struck her on the left side of her head.

She died instantly.
