Belmont Government School raffle winner to get Nokia phone

Persons who purchase a ticket for the Belmont Government School raffle will have the opportunity to win a Nokia cellular phone compliments telecommunications company Digicel.{{more}}

On Wednesday, at the company’s head office located in the Lewis Building on James Street, Marketing Executive at Digicel Justin John handed over the phone to the school’s secretary Kenialle Wyllie.

“We thought that it would be nice to contribute to the raffle as it will help the PTA raise much needed funds that will be used for the upliftment of the school”, said John.

Wyllie said that the raffle is being put on by the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) in an effort to raise funds. The raffle will be held on March 30.

“We are grateful for Digicel’s contribution”, said Wyllie.
