Customs Officer wins LIME Mazda Demio

Customs Officer Florisha Robinson is the winner of the Mazda Demio in the LIME “Beep Beep” promotions.{{more}} The four month promotion offered LIME customers the chance to win the popular vehicle by topping up $25, paying their bill on time and in full, take up a talk Text and data plan or activating Talk 24.

Robinson, 28, a resident of Biabou, won the prize as a result of topping up her prepaid handset on November 3, 2011.

The presentation ceremony was quite dramatic, as the LIME team headed by General Manager Leslie Jack and Head of Marketing Fitz Huggins took the car to the Customs Department. Florisha’s co-workers blindfolded her to assist with the surprise element at the prize giving ceremony. She was escorted into the car and when the blind fold was removed, the excitement erupted with cries of joy and laughter.

“This is my first prize ever. I don’t have my driver’s license, but I am so excited to win the “Beep Beep”. LIME has made it possible for me to own a car, and I never thought I would ever be able to afford to buy one. I will never regret being a LIME customer. Their service is excellent, and I have all their services, but this is icing on the cake. Thanks, LIME, and next time no surprises, eh!” said Florisha.

General Manager Leslie Jack was also very happy for Florisha and thanked all LIME customers who took part in the promotions. “Florisha is the winner and we are happy for her. But we have again added value to someone’s life since she is now the owner of her own vehicle. We have empowered her and we want to thank her for her support as a customer. Happy driving,” said Jack.

The “Beep Beep” and the Christmas LIFETIME promotions generated a lot of excitement over the last four months and into the Christmas season. Over the period, twenty-two customers won prizes from the island’s premiere telecommunications provider. Twenty customers received LIFETIME services and one customer received a LIFETIME of all LIME services bundled.
