Church service for Order of the British Empire to be held in London

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has commanded that a Service of the Order of the British Empire is to be held in St Paul’s Cathedral in London at 11:00 a.m, on Wednesday, March 7, 2012.{{more}} The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, Grand Master of the Order, will attend this Service.

A release from Government House, dated January 4, 2012 said those belonging to the Order and holders of the British Empire Medal who wish to attend should apply for a ticket, giving their full name, address, telephone number, appointment (GBE, KBE, DBE, CBE, OBE, MBE, BEM) and other decorations in BLOCK CAPITALS, as soon as possible and not later than Friday, January 13, 2012 to:-

No tickets are available for spouses who are not members or medalists of the Order, or guests, due to the size of the Order and the limited seating capacity in St Paul’s Cathedral.
