That’s Wright! Courts winner takes home $5000 cash

Wright, a pipe fitter employed with the Central Water and Sewerage Authority, plans to use a portion of the $5,000 he won at the Sunday, December 18 draw, for the purchase of laptop computer for his daughter, a student at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
Accompanied by the Stash of Cash entourage which comprises Gary Constantine, Anna Laborde, Lee Andrea Matthews, Nadica Providence, Lenyka Roban, Antoinell Keizer and Terranza Franklyn, Wright, who had purchased a bedroom set and stereo system to become eligible for the promotion, selected briefcase number five, which was held by Franklyn and decided that he was going to keep the case, despite offers to change for another.
When the case was opened, it revealed $5,000 for Wright to take home.
The top cash prize of the evening was $20,000.
Wright said that he was very thankful to win the cash, although it was not the grand prize, and that he intended to continue shopping at Courts.
Two persons: Brian Nash and Lorna Keizer also won prizes that evening, just for being at the store during the draw.
The Win by Wright brings the winnings in the Stash of Cash promotions to $34,000, including six persons who had won in a mini stash of cash draw which took place on Saturday December 10.
For the final Stash of Cash draw, which takes place on January 6, shoppers have to spend $99 or more.
