They learned and sang French Christmas songs with Director of the Alliance Française Vanessa Demirciyan and performed a dance.
Flavia Howard, Education Officer for Foreign Languages and Secretary of the Alliance Françaiseâs Board, came as well to interact with the students who really appreciated this experience.
Alliance Française is a Vincentian association that offers French classes for secondary school students and adults and promotes cultural diversity.
Demirciyan highlighted the fact that French teachers and students are always welcome to visit and engage in the French language and culture. It is usually a different experience that encourages and motivates the students; they discover the French language another way, they exchange ideas and communicate with native speakers of the language.
