Andrew Samuel grabs the Secondary School Bible Quiz award

Andrew Samuel, a student of the George Stephens Senior Secondary School at Colonarie, is the winner of the Secondary School Bible Quiz for November.{{more}}

Andrew received his prize of a Bible, $100.00 cash and a gift-voucher valued $100.00 from Acute Cosmetics on Monday, during the school’s assembly.

Speaking at the handing over, Principal Anella Roban encouraged the students to recognize the importance of the Word of God in their lives and to appreciate what is good success.

This was the first time a student of the school emerged as winner in the four-year history of the quiz.

Scriptural Search, the organizers of the quiz, will hold the 4th Anniversary Awards ceremony on Wednesday, December 14, at the National Public Library.
