Human Rights Association detests the violent crimes in SVG

The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Human Rights Association has expressed its abhorence at the spate of violent crimes being committed in the state of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}}

“We empathize with victims who have lost loved ones,” the release, dated December 6, said.

“There is need for a new awakening in our Country. All forms of domestic violence be it verbal, emotional or physical must not be tolerated. Speak out against every form of violence.

“Neighbours, friends, families be ever vigilant; any strange activities in your neighbourhood alert the police and inform your neighbours. We have to truly become each others keepers.”

The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Human Rights Association also conveyed its condolences to the family and friends of those who have lost loved ones as a result of domestic violence.
