Courts SVG Ltd comes to the aid of the MCMH
Courts SVG Ltd has come to the aid of the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH), donating a much needed computer to the Medical Directorâs office.{{more}}
According to Dr. Simone Keizer Beache, Medical Director of the MCMH, the previous computer used by the secretary in that office had not operating well for some time. She stated the malfunctioning of the computer hampered the day-to-day work of the office.
âWe couldnât produce statistics, we couldnât produce notices, information for doctors, and so on, so we needed something urgently, and we asked Mr. [Alexis] John and he was able to respond very quickly. The same day I spoke with him, he said you can send for it,â Keizer Beache said. âWeâre very grateful and very happy,â she added.
The Acer Emachines computer features a 160 gigabyte hard drive, a 2 gigabyte memory and Windows 7 starter, along with a 15.4 inch monitor. The computer was officially handed over by Alexis John, Marketing Executive of Courts, on Tuesday, November 15, who said it was not the first time that Courts was making a donation to the hospital. He said Courts was delighted to be able to lend a helping hand to the institution.(OS)
