Churches to hold National Rally

Vincentians from across the nation are expected to converge at the Victoria Park for a National Rally to Declare Freedom, Salvation, Deliverance and Healing to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}} This call to prayer is being coordinated by Apostle Samuel E. Young and the Members of Joyful Praise Tabernacle Richland Park and Triumph Covenant Ministries, Kingstown.

A release from the coordinating office says that a number of Pastors and Church Leaders have already pledged their support and participation for the event.

“It is believed that the need for this radical action has been confirmed by the present economic tension, crime, bloodshed and agricultural adversity invading the land – and that God is calling for the Church to arise and declare its position”, the release said.

This event takes place on the 4th, 5th and 6th of November, 2011, at the Victoria Park, from 7:00 -9:00 p.m. nightly. It will be a time of high impact Praise and Worship, ministry of the word and prayer for deliverance and healing for the sick and oppressed.

Guest speaker for this Rally is Pastor Happy Akasie of Thy Kingdom Come Ministries, Carricou, Grenada.

The organizers are encouraging all persons in need of spiritual help and encouragement to attend the meetings as the nation turns to God during this time and season.
