iPad2 for Bible Quiz participant with best CSEC results

Former participants of the Secondary School Bible Quiz (SSBQ) who wrote the Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) this year are invited to apply for a special award the SSBQ/CSEC Award.{{more}} The deadline for application is November 15.

This new award will be added when the Secondary School Bible Quiz holds its fourth anniversary presentation later this year. Eligible persons are invited to submit their CSEC results via email or post to the organizers, using the regular addresses. The entrant with the best CSEC results will receive an iPad2 and cash to purchase applications. If there is a tie, the entrant with the greater level of participation in the Bible Quiz will get the prize.

In addition to this award this year, the usual Frequent Participant Award and the Outstanding School Award will be presented.

The SSBQ is an initiative to encourage students to read and understand the Bible. In addition to other areas of development necessary for the success of young persons, spiritual development must never be neglected.

So far, over 330 students have participated in the quiz, and there have been winners from fifteen secondary schools.
