Bless Us Pre-school and Daycare celebrates 7th anniversary

Number seven – God’s numbers of completion; rebuilding – renewing – rebranding – restoring.{{more}}

With their adapted theme song: I am blessed, every day of my life I am blessed; beginning with the young ones.

What started out with just a few children has multiplied over the past years, because of the main and only founder of the business, Jesus Christ. Two sisters, after offering their services in the past to other pre-schools, answered the need and call of God and the public.

Mellisia LaBorde and Ferlicia Williams, with the motivation of their dedicated mother Maria Williams and family members came together to set up the school.

Since the establishment of the business/pre-school, the evidence of the power of God working has been manifested in many ways, with the hardworking and committed staff ensuring that each child is well taken care of holistically.

“During our years of operation, the management and staff have observed and experienced many good memories and few difficulties,” a release from the school said.

“Our students, parents and staff, both past and present, have contributed in many ways and will continue to do so.

“We are excited to announce that our first batch of students (2004-2005) will be writing the common entrance examination in 2012, and we pray God’s blessing upon their life.

“Over the years, we have accomplished some of our goals, whether short or long term, and are still doing so. Our hours have been adjusted to meet the needs of our parents, and very soon, we will see the introduction of other services being offered to the General Public.

“One of our aims is to help each child develop according to his or her own abilities and assist them to be and do the best that they can.

“The child month song this year said it best: I want to change my country; I want the opportunity to be all that I can be.

“As parents, facilitators, teachers, adults, church, it is our duty, with God’s help, to positively instill the right morals in our children and those we come in contact with. Always be careful because they observe us, even when we think they’re sleeping.

“On the other hand, the school is still seeking sponsorship to help us carry out our daily routine. The main goal in focus is to access our own building on the area and established and expand where the need is.

“There is so much to report on but for now we would say: To God be the glory, for the things he has done, all praises and thanks to God Almighty for leadership and direction.

Special thanks to Maria Williams for motivating her daughters to achieve all they can, the past and present staff, students and parents, the pastor and members of Church of God worldwide mission, Redemption Sharpes, the Government, Supervisors / owners of the Preschool and the general public, especially the community of Redemption Sharpes, and too many more to mention.”
