Three families from the Windward side of the island will find it much easier to send their children back to school this September. The St. Vincent Electricity Services VINLEC, has provided this opportunity thanks to the companyâs Grand Back-to-School Bonanza.{{more}}
The winners are Elliot Jacobs of Mesopotamia, who placed first; second, Lidon Mc Donald of Orange Hill, while Amy Richards of Richland Park took the third place in the draw. All three will receive back-to-school hampers containing vital school supplies. Customers paying their bills at any of VINLECâs payment facilities were given the opportunity to participate in the contest.
The draw was made at VINLECâs headquarters on Monday, August 28 and formed part of activities marking the companyâs fiftieth anniversary as a Corporation, which will be observed in November.
