Junior Errol John, Antoine Anthony and Alicia May are the latest persons to benefit from Digicel’s ‘Best Value Delivered’ promotion.{{more}}

The three were each rewarded with EC$1,000 cash as part of the ‘Top up, pay up and win in cash and credit’ component of the promotion.

Collecting his cash on Tuesday, August 30, at Digicel’s Corporate Offices located in the Lewis Building on James Street, John who hails from Gomea said that he has been with Digicel since 2007 and thinks “it is the number one service in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.”

He added that he enjoys the free after three promotion which allows him to talk for three minutes on his prepaid phone and get the other 55 minutes free.

“This is an excellent service and I feel happy not only for the money, but seeing that this is the first time that I have won something from Digicel and it is a good feeling and I would like to encourage everyone to use Digicel,” said John who further stated, “forget about the rest, you are with the best”.

Anthony, who is from Questelles said that he thinks the promotion is “pretty ok”. He said that he was “happy” to receive the cash as “I have never won anything from Digicel before.” He has been with the company for two years and enjoys the service, “and I am looking forward for even better service in the future”.

May said that she felt lucky. She added that she has been with Digicel since the company opened its doors here and has never changed her number. She said that part of the money will be used to purchase a few school items for her brother.

The money was handed over by Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche and Marketing Executive Justin John. The ‘Digicel, Best Value Delivered’ promotion was launched on Friday, June 17, at the Grenadine House in Kingstown Park and will be giving away EC$250,000 worth of cash and credit. The promotion is open to both pre-paid and post paid customers. Pre-paid customers are entered in a draw to win cash and prizes by just topping up $15 or more, while post paid customers are given an opportunity to win by paying their bill on time and in full.

EC$1,000 will be given away weekly, while persons can win free credit ranging from EC$5 to EC$1000. Persons can win more than once, and persons who top up or pay their bill will receive a text message that will ask them to text CASH to 2424. This text cost $1 and will give you and extra chance to enter the draw for the weekly cash prizes and credit.
