At that time, the Marketing Manager of the SVGTCCU, Ezekiel Richards, pledged to partner with the SVGRA in establishing their Library. The Library forms part of the SVGRA’s program to support their motto: “The Literacy Highway: Transforming Lives Everyday”.

In accepting the donation, Albena Samuel-Jack expressed gratitude to the Credit Union on behalf of the Reading Association. As a Committee member of the SVGRA, Samuel-Jack noted that “books hold power and influence over us all and the books received will help to develop our organization and its members”.

The SVGTCCU Supplies Outlet Bookshop is committed to enhancing Education and hence offers text books, school supplies and other reading material. They are also the agent for MacMillan Caribbean, a leading publisher of primary and secondary school text books used in St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
