Consultation on Number Portability

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) is in receipt of a submission from the East Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) containing ECTEL’s recommendation for a Policy on Number Portability for its Member States.{{more}}

The public may comment on this policy document by email to the NTRC at ntrc@ntrc.vc or via mail to The Director, National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, P.O Box 2368, 2nd Floor NIS Building Upper Bay Street, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines.

This document can be viewed on the NTRC’s website at www.ntrc.vc or a copy can be collected at the office of the NTRC, Monday – Fridays between the hours of 8 am and 4:15 pm.

All comments should be clearly marked “Comments on Policy Recommendations for the Adoption of Number Portability in ECTEL States”.

The initial comments period will run from June 22, 2011 to August 3, 2011.

The comment on comments period will run from August 8, 2011 to September 2, 2011.
