This marks the second phase of a cultural exchange between the people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The first phase was in October, 2010, where Vincentians had a chance to enjoy cultural presentations from the members of the Jose Antonio Sangreesta Foundation of Venezuela.

The visit is a collaborative effort between the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the St.Vincent and the Grenadines Social Investment Fund.
The delegation comprises of 10 persons from local cultural groups.
