CAHE holds Executive Leadership Meeting today
The Caribbean Association of Home Economists (CAHE) holds its fifth Executive Leadership Meeting for the period 2009-2011 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}}
This two-day meeting will be held at the Beachcombers Hotel, Kingstown, today, Friday, April 15, and tomorrow, Saturday, April 16, 2011.
With CAHEâs 19th Biennial Meeting only a few days away from April 17th-20th 2011, this will form the main topic of discussion.
Some of the activities during the period 17th-20th April, 2011, are the following:
⢠On the Sunday,17/ 04/11: There will be a church service to mark the beginning of conference 2011 at the St.Georgeâs Cathedral Kingstown at 7:00am. Followed by the Opening Ceremony at Peace Memorial Hall at 4:30pm, then after a cocktail reception.
⢠On the Monday,18/04/11: In the afternoon there will be a cultural extravaganza at the Methodist Church Hall, Kingstown.
⢠On Tuesday, 19/04/11: There will be in conference educational tours for participants to various tourist sites around St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
⢠On Wednesday20/04/11 in the afternoon there will be different in conference workshops to take place at the Kingstown Technical Institute. Followed by the Closing Ceremony and Installation of Officers Banquet to take place at the International Aquatic Club.
⢠During the Period April 18-20 there will be a Market Place where goods and products will be on sale at the Girl Guides Headquarters. At the market place there will be local and regional business present, one regional company at the market place will be Grace Kennedy and company of Jamaica as well a booth for Caribbean Association of Home Economists.
