25 parents from Stubbs community to attend eight-week parenting programme
The National Family Planning Department in the Ministry of Health is staging an eight-week parenting programme at the Stubbs Polyclinic.{{more}}
The programme started on Thursday, April 7, and will run until May 26, 2011.
The initiative will be held once per week and aims to help parents to improve their knowledge with respect to sex and sexuality, in order to communicate better with teenagers.
The parenting programme is the fourth of its kind. Twenty-five parents in the Stubbs community are expected to attend.
