Claude Lewis, appearing critically ill, was in a wheel chair outside the airportâs arrival area when he died.
An ambulance that was summoned to take the 58-year-old man to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) left the body there after the health care workers determined that he was dead.
Noreen Gregg, Lewisâ sister, who had accompanied him to St.Vincent, was comforted by persons in the area, as she became overwhelmed by the situation.
Members of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrived thereafter and conducted their investigations.
