Conveniently located at Diamond in the building that formerly housed the Diamond Dairy, the new facility, officially opened October 1, caters to the construction needs of persons on the Windward coast and in the Marriaqua valley.

“Everybody that comes in says that they appreciate the location and the extended opening hours,” Jay Brereton, Manager of Diamond Woods, told SEARCHLIGHT.

The store opens from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

“Coreas is really ahead of the curve. We have seen the need for decentralization and we have done that,” he said.

“There is a lot of construction going on in the Windward side of the island, and in terms of transportation, it may be cheaper if you have to buy your own diesel.”

Alternatively, customers can take advantage of the free and speedy delivery.

The store specializes primarily in cement, lumber and plywood, steel, BRC, PVC and galvanized pipes, hammers, nails windows and doors.

The wide range of supplies is complemented by hassle free shopping, ample parking and easy access, all making for the ideal shopping experience.

“It’s a welcomed addition,” Brereton said.

“When we opened our doors last Friday, it was overwhelming as customers came flooding in, and they have been coming in in droves,” he continued.

Customers will also still enjoy the benefits of the Coreas Elite-Loyalty Reward programme.

“Coreas has a reputation of having quality products, quality prices and excellent services incorporated into all of its divisions, and customers can get them out here, too,” Brereton said. (DD)
