Centenarian dies

Five days after Muriel Pul celebrated her 100th birthday, she passed away peacefully at her home.{{more}}

The centenarian, a resident of Stubbs, had marked her birthday on Saturday, August 14.

A small gathering of relatives and friends, including Pul’s daughter, Daisy Grant, had gathered at her home to celebrate the achievement.

The celebration was shortlived as Pul passed away on Thursday, August 19.

Pul’s funeral service will take place today at the Stubbs Anglican Church and her interment will be at the Stubbs Cemetary.
