Two strengthen ties with SVG

St.Vincent and the Grenadines is strengthening its diplomatic ties with Portugal and Israel.

Yesterday, Monday, June 21, Joào Cravinho, Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Portugal, visited the state.{{more}}

During his visit he conducted bilateral meetings on the areas of Economy, Industry and Commerce.

He also met both Prime Minister, Dr. Ralph E. Gonsalves and his deputy Sir Louis Straker, who also holds the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Commerce and Trade.

Meanwhile, Amiram Magid, Ambassador of Israel to St Vincent and the Grenadines, left the state on Sunday after a three-day visit.

During the visit which ran from Thursday, June 17 to Sunday, June 20, Magid met with Prime Minister Gonsalves and other government officials.
