JCI St. Vincent lends helping hand to child

JCI St. Vincent answered the pleas of the mother of five-year-old Kadron Waldron in the form of a donation last Saturday evening at their anniversary dinner.{{more}}

Kadron became the recipient of EC$1350 which will go towards offsetting medical expenses for treatment needed to correct an abnormal optical swelling around his eyes.

Public Relations Officer of the organization, Raphael Barbour, commended the organization for assisting Waldron who was suffering from a constant headache as a result of the swelling and for giving him the 100 percent financial support needed.

Gailene Butcher, mother of young Kadron, received the donation on his behalf. Kadron will travel to St. Lucia this week for medical treatment.
