Top Management team goes one on one with customers

Members of Digicel’s top management team took time out of their busy schedules last week Thursday to journey down to Digicel’s flagship store, The Cell, to interact on a one on one basis with customers.{{more}}

Country Manager, Sonia Polius, speaking from the floor of the store (located on Halifax Street) said the idea was to interact with customers who might have questions “they want to ask management”. She added that sometimes people have questions that they might rather ask a Manager instead of a Sales Representative.

“This was just to interact directly with the customers. It gave us an opportunity to interact with the customers and get a direct feedback of what they think about our products and services”, said Polius, who added that it was a positive experience.

Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche and Public Relations Officer for the OECS Region, Jerry George, were also on hand to talk to customers and answer questions.
