Nesdec to host another live debate tonight

A Live Television Panel Discussion on the Constitution Bill 2009 will be held this evening, beginning at 7:30 p.m.{{more}}

The discussion, which will include an open forum, will be held at the Knowledge Institute and Conference Centre Ltd (opposite the Post Office Building) Kingstown.

The live discussion is the second to be hosted by the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDEC) through their project: “Enhancing the capacity of NGOS for greater partnership in the national development process”.

“We would like to assist in the revitalisation of our civil society organisations. We would, therefore, appreciate your attendance in this process,” a release from the organization said.

The discussion is open to the general public and representatives of all non-governmental and community based organizations are invited.

The Panellists will be Renwick Rose, Chairman of NESDEC, Demion Mc Tair, Community College Student, and Joy Browne, retired Educator. The moderator will be Jimmy Prince.
