Meanwhile, murder suspect, Kelvin âKellyâ Harry, 29, of South Wood, was mortally wounded by police officers on Saturday, May 31, 2009, at Redemption Sharpes.
Harry was wanted in connection with the April 25, 2005, murder of Roderick Stowe of Rose Hall. He died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
Head of the Criminal Investigations Department, Superintendent Brinsley Ballantyne, said investigations are still ongoing into the matter. He urged Vincentians to keep their guard up and look out for other fugitives who may appear in their communities. (KW)
