LIME to make calls to Karib Cable
Effective Monday, April 6th, 2009, LIME mobile customers will be able to make calls to Karib Cable fixed line customers at rates ranging from $0.92 to $0.65 a minute, depending on the customerâs plan.{{more}}
A release from LIME on Monday, March 30th, said calls can also be made from LIME calling cards (Cheap Talk), as of April 6th, 2009, at $1.00 per minute.
However, âLIME landline calls to Karib Cable fixed lines are, however, not available at this time, as joint approval of rates is still outstanding with the Regulator. LIME will advise its customers at such time that joint approval is granted and when the service will be available to them and the corresponding rate for such calls,â the release said.
LIME thanked their âvalued customers for exhibiting patience during this phase of testing and discussions while [their] engineers worked diligently to ensure … delivery of a quality service.â
