Ahdrenalin Mas band displays array of costumes at launch
âElegant, fantastic, funâ are just some of the words used to describe the costumes on display, when Ahdrenalin Mas launched its presentation for Vincy Mas 2009, âde Candy Shopâ, at the Grenadine House, Kingstown Park, on Saturday, 28th March, 2009.{{more}}
Models catered to the audienceâs sweet tooth with Paradise Plum, Chocolate Temptation, Bubble Delicious, Jelly Bean Dream, Fiery Peppermint, Ginger Stick, and Caramel Delight. Other sections include sweet treats like tolum, licorice, with candy cane and sweethearts for the children.
This is Ahdrenalin Masâ second presentation, and it will be their first year in competition. Co-band leader, Errol âMontyâ Fraser, speaking at the event, said that band members are ready for Vincy Mas 2009.
The concept is the brain child of Ahdrenalin Mas, skillfully designed by perennial favourite and legendary designer Edison âSheggyâ John, with fresh inspiration from Jeremy Payne and Naomi Laborde. Photography was done by Salim October of Foto Melange.
