Vincentians to pay respects to National hero at Obelisk

The Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony will take place at the Obelisk at Dorsetshire Hill tomorrow Saturday 14th March, 2009 beginning at 7:30am.{{more}}

Representatives from schools and organizations will journey to Dorsetshire Hill and make special remarks in honour and respect to the first national hero.

Prime Minister, Dr. Hon Ralph E. Gonsalves, Hon Montgomery Daniel, Leader of the Opposition – Hon. Arnhim Eustace and Minister of Culture – Hon. Rene Baptiste are among the dignitaries to address the gathering.
