Principal Charles thanked the Minister for the gifts. She said that she is thankful for the partnership between the school and the Minister, and by extension the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The principal also thanked Minister Baptiste for the work that she has done in ensuring that necessary repairs were made on the school.
The Minister also presented the principal with invitations for the students to attend the Fine Arts, Film and fashion festival which started on Sunday, January 25, and which will continue to tomorrow, Saturday, January 31, where they could view short films created by children for children.
Minister Baptiste urged the children to take advantage of the invitation; she encouraged them to begin working on their own films for next yearâs festival.
As a gesture of appreciation for her assistance to the school, a student presented Minister Baptiste with a floral arrangement.
