While delivering the feature address at the graduation ceremony of the UWI Open Campus in St Vincent and the Grenadines last Friday at the Methodist Church Hall, Bernard asked whether the site should not be “something that we keep and develop”.

Bernard suggested that clips from the movie should be shown at the site and persons should pay a fee to enter the site.

Declaring that it is with “innovation that we will survive as a people,” Bernard said that we have to do things differently.
