Velna won a Sony PlayStation Portable handheld gaming console and Chakravati came away with Sony Ericsson W760 Walkman music phone.

Both Velna and Chakravati qualified to enter after zeroing their balance on their LIME landline accounts.

Velna, a nurse at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, had high praises for LIME’s Christmas promotion and when asked what she would do if she won US$1 million said “ I never thought in my wildest dreams that I will be so close to winning US$1 million but if I win I will share it with family and my lifestyle will certainly change for ever. I will be able to afford the things I cannot enjoy now”

Chakravati, affectionately know as Annie, was very excited when called by HITZ FM Max Harry, said “ Max, I will give you some of the money and the balance I will share with family. The Sony handset is nice but the big prize is the US$1 million and LIME has afforded me the opportunity to dream big.”

The regional draw for a Grand Prize of US$1 Million will be held in St Lucia on Friday 9th January 2009.

LIME customers from 13 territories will be part of the draw, which will be audited by the accounting firm of KPMG. The grand prize winner will be offered financial management services from the Bank of Nova Scotia.
