Digicel brings Christmas early for Melissa Durrant

Thanks to Digicel, Christmas has come early for Melissa Durrant, of Fairburn Pasture.{{more}}

Last week Friday, Digicel’s Marketing Executive Edmund Joachim handed over a Play station 3 video game system, a Samsung F-480 handset and US$100 credit to Durrant, who was accompanied by her 4-year-old son Matthew.

Durrant is the winner of the text WIN to 7171 promotion.

Durrant said that the prizes have come at a good time because she will be able to talk more often to her mom who resides in Barbados and also if she gets the game system sold, she might also be able to visit her mother for Christmas.

Durrant, who described Digicel’s service as very good, explained that she has been using it for a very long time and she likes the promotions because “I know I can try again and again to win something else.”

Smiling, she added: “This is the first time I have ever won anything, and it feels good.”

Also, as part of the new rewards programme, persons topping up their phones EC$10 or more are instantly entered in a draw where they can win EC$1000 a day. The winners are announced daily.
