Digicel customer gets Nintendo

Devoted Digicel customer Maxford Nickie walked out of the telecommunications companyâs Corporate Offices last Tuesday with a Nintendo Wii video game system, a Sony Ericsson W760 handset and US$100 credit, all free of cost.#{{more}}
The Fairburn Pasture resident is the winner of Digicelâs text WIN to 7171 promotion.
Collecting his prizes from Marketing Executive Edmund Joachim, Nickie said that he had sent numerous texts to the number but thought that it was a prank call when he got the message on Wednesday morning that he had won.
He added: âMy Digicel phone is the only phone I use and I always enter the texting competitions. I would like to thank Digicel and tell them that it feels great to be with the company. The Security Supervisor has two children, a nine-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.
He added that the prizes are great and said âIâm especially grateful for the new phone because my old one is giving me some problems.â
Meanwhile, Joachim revealed that Digicel customers should look out for more fantastic promotions in October.
