During the month of August 2008, the Cool Riderz Motorcycle Club embarked on its Annual Back-to-School programme.{{more}}

Members journeyed throughout the length and breath of mainland St. Vincent, meeting parents, guardians, children and well wishers. Pleasure was derived as the little faces glowed when they received their packages containing books, pencils, pens, erasers and other supplies. They searched each others bags to compare the contents. Some were bold enough to approach club members to complain if their friend’s package contained an item that was not in his/her bag.

The targeted total of EC$30,000 was exceeded. The corporate community as well as private citizens donated generously.

The final estimate is EC$40,000 in supplies. This is the 4th year that the club has taken on the challenge of the distribution of school supplies to primary school children. Each year the target is increased.
