The Lodge of the West Indies, a charitable organisation, has as its president Vincentian Evan Roberts, a past student of the St. Vincent Grammar School and a former member of the national cricket team.

The Lodge made the donation because of the valuable contribution the home has made over the years, and in the hope that it will continue to give proper care and attention to those who need it.

Vanesta Murphy, a representative of the Lodge of the West Indies, presented the cheque to Sister Wilson of the Lewis Punnett Home.
