Earl Jacobs received EC$100 free gas from Richardson Motors, Shonally Taylor got a free blender from Singer, and Leonard Galley has the opportunity to shop for EC$100 free groceries at Bonadie’s Supermarket.

Jacobs, who hails from Arnos Vale, is an Assistant Construction Supplies Manager at Ace Hardware. He said that the EC$100 gas will last him two weeks, “I’m very happy, especially since gas prices have gone up”. He has been with Digicel since its inception but admitted that he did not know about the promotion.

Taylor, the lone female, commented: “It’s great because it is something that encourages people to support Digicel”. The Sales Representative said that she has all the appliances but is still very grateful to get a second blender.

Meanwhile, Galley, who is a Police Officer attached to the Traffic Branch of the local constabulary, said his winning is unexpected: “I just recently started a post paid account and I feel good to have won”. He hails from Penniston. Jacobs and Taylor won because they topped up their pre-paid accounts with EC$15 phone cards, while Galley was entered through his post paid account.

Marketing Executive at Digicel Edmund Joachim handed over the prizes to the winners. He said: “Here at Digicel we realise the growing demand on persons with for example the price increase recently of petrol, so with this in mind we are running this promotion to help our customers and hopefully offer a better life through this campaign”.
