Kimya Glasgow Designs to host fashion workshop
Kimya Glasgow Designs, in conjunction with The National Development Foundation, will be hosting a 2-week Fashion Design Workshop on Design Portfolio Development from 18th August to 29th August 2008 from 1-4pm daily.{{more}}
Some of the Course Areas include Effective Project Research, Basic Fashion Drawing, Fashion Illustration and Professional Project Presentation.
According to Ms Glasgow, the course is ideal for those hoping to pursue Fashion Design as an area of study or employment. âMany creative people have great ideas in their head or on bits of paper. It is important to know how to make your ideas real and how the industry operates. This course will allow them to communicate their ideas as a working designer, whether you intend to work for yourself or with a design company. It is about developing an industry.â
