Christian Children’s Fund (CCF) donates to hundreds

Sub United, South Windward, and Central Leeward Child Development Projects are affiliated entities of the international, non-profit organization Christian Children’s Fund.{{more}} This organization, through sponsorship and grant funding, assists 13.2 million children and their families in 31 countries worldwide. The prime goal is to improve the quality of life for children who are somehow deprived, vulnerable and excluded. In St.Vincent and the Grenadines as well as other CCF countries, much emphasis is placed on children having proper access to quality Health and Education.

CCF St. Vincent and the Grenadines has several ongoing programs that will aid in improving the standard of living for these families; such programs include Home Improvement, Early Childhood Development, Educational Enhancement Programmes through School Supplies and incentives, Dental and Medical care, Remedial Assistance and Nutrition.

Summer is often a peak time for providing Back-to-school supplies to over 2,300 children in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, it was recognized that there are many more children needing such assistance, but with the unavailability of sufficient funds and the rising cost of living programme is strengthening its partnerships and extending an invitation to contributing citizens to join in ensuring our children secure their future on the solid foundation of a quality education.
