The delegation will be accompanied by Taiwan Ambassador Jack Cheng to call on Sir Louis Straker, acting Prime Minister, and will be assisted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Tourism to visit Botanical Garden, Vermont Nature Trail, Montreal Gardens, Grand Bonhomme, Mustique, among others. It is hoped that photographic profiles of the birds of St. Vincent and the Grenadines can be systematically gathered for future reference.

In addition to Mrs. Tien, the delegation consists of ten members, including experienced bird researchers, photographers, as well as media professionals. Among them, there are Mr. Shih-ching LIAO, former President of BirdLife International Asia Branch, Mr. Ching-kan CHUNG of FTV (TV Channel), Mr. Hsu-kai CHEN and Ms. Ching-ching CHENG of Liberty Times (print media), and Ms. Jo Ann MACKENZIE (Executive Officer of Taiwan International Birding Association), and other researchers. The main delegation is scheduled to leave St. Vincent on April 14, while a few researchers will remain to conduct further study.
