At present, eight exquisite apartments with furnished spacious one and two bedrooms are up for grabs.
On Saturday, December 29, 2007, The âLanding At Prospectâ was officially opened, a short 15 minute drive from Kingstown, 10 minutes from E.T Joshua Airport, five minutes from the beach and four minutes walk to the bus stop.
This beautiful property owned by Pearl LaBeach is being made available to persons desiring to have a home on a short or long term basis. LaBeach also pointed out that she has rooms which are good enough for executives.
âThe apartments are fully furnished to the max. All you need is your clothes,â said LaBeach with a broad smile.
Besides having a splendid view of the Grenadines from the balconies, clients can also enjoy a garden scenery, air conditioned rooms equipped with microwave ovens, granite counter tops, toasters, cable TV, Internet, hot and cold baths, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and security.
La Beach, who spent 47 years living in Curacao, New York, England and Orlando, Florida, said her goal is to bring a high standard to St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
âMy goal is to take some of my North American experience to St.Vincent and the Grenadines,â said LaBeach, who is also a cosmetologist. She is hoping to pass her skills on to young Vincentians interested in cosmetology, but her activity is this area will be at a lesser level than when she practiced cosmetology full time in the United States.
âIâm looking forward to being an asset to St.Vincent and the Grenadines by increasing the accommodation stock,â said LaBeach, the mother of one daughter, Dr. Nicole Ann La Beach Thomas, who is a psychologist and author of the book âA Womanâs True Purposeâ.
Pearl La Beach hails from Victoria Village and is the daughter of Princess Adam Jordan and Clovis Jordan, who are now deceased.(HN)
