ECCB hosts graduation

In an exquisite graduation ceremony held last Saturday, November 24, at the Grenadine House, 53 persons graduated from the second Eastern Caribbean Institute of Banking and Financial Services/ University of the West Indies/ Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Savings and Investment Course.{{more}}

The ten-week course, which started on August 24 and ended on November 2, dealt with a wide range of topics, including personal financial planning, factors affecting financial decisions, types of financial markets, how securities are bought and sold, and how to protect one’s self against financial risks.

The feature address was delivered by Dr Kenneth Onu.

In related news, 30 students from various Eastern Caribbean countries, including five Vincentians, completed the first Diploma in Banking and Financial Services offered also by the above institutions.
