Building & Loan CEO dismissed

The Chief Executive Officer / Secretary to the Board of the St Vincent Building and Loan Association has been fired, in what the Chairman of the Board says is part of an ongoing restructuring process.{{more}}

Information reaching SEARCHLIGHT is that CEO Jeffrey Providence was dismissed and Financial Manager Marilyn Richards is acting in his stead.

When we contacted board chairman, Kenneth Browne, he would only say that changes are being made as part of the company’s restructuring drive.
