The 18-year-old former student of the Barrouallie Secondary School, who attained 10 subjects in the CSEC exams, is now attending the Division of Arts, Science and General Studies of the SVG Community College, and hopes one day to become a lawyer.
Ronnie expressed gratitude to Digicel and said that he knew that there were thousands of other worthy students who were in need, but admitted that he believed in his heart that God would meet his educational needs.
Mother, Jolene Richardson, said that with three other sons, providing an education was a challenge, but said that Digicelâs assistance helped Ronnie substantially.
Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche, who handed over the cheque in the âDigicel Back to School Scholarshipâ Programme, wished the bright youngster continued success in his education.
