The mission of the Youlou Arts Foundation is to promote excellence in the visual, performing and literary arts in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The foundation is particularly interested in seeking ways to preserve and develop the arts and culture of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Youlou Arts Foundation is a non-profit organization based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). It is the intention of The Youlou Arts Foundation to ensure that each primary and secondary student receives the arts education needed to become lifelong learners regardless of their learning capabilities and socioeconomic status. Camille Musser, an artist and resident of SVG, founded The Youlou Arts Foundation in 1999.

Since July of 2001, The Youlou Arts Foundation has been sponsoring the “Growing Young SVG Artists” Program, a programme that offers children between the ages of 5-15 the opportunity to experience a visual arts education in the form of a summer day camp for the students, and a Teacher Training Workshop for the Art Instructors. The programme focuses on educating students on the traditional SVG arts and culture, provide them with a broader prospective on the arts in general and introduce them to the endless possibilities of art-making by working with different media and techniques. This is achieved by collaborating with various Artists and Art Foundations from different parts of the world and from the continuous support of local and international program sponsors.
