Digicel donates $5,000 to Club Nuevo for Carnival

Local telecommunications provider Digicel continues to be a staunch supporter of culture throughout St Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}}

This time, the company made a donation of $5,000 to Club Nuevo of Canouan, to assist them with preparations for their 2007 Canouan Carnival celebrations.

Digicel’s Marketing Manager Juno De Roche presented the cheque to Treasurer of the committee Samatha Farrell and wished the organization success in their endeavours but also advised revelers to have a safe carnival.

Expressing gratitude for the contribution, Farrell said that the festival, which runs from July 29 – 31st would be a blast and invited everyone to be part of the fun activities.
