Police urge public to be on the lookout for con artist

Police have sent out a warning to the general public to be on the lookout this carnival season for number of persons who might try to lure them into their deceitful web of illegal activities.{{more}}

Persons are asked to be on the lookout for a con artist by the name of Noel Bynoe, who is wanted in connection with a series offences. Bynoe hails from the Stubbs community and is said to be in his mid-thirties.

Police officials say that Bynoe’s season of reckoning is usually around carnival time when a lot of business is in the air. Bynoe poses as persons of different professions and convinces victims to give him their money.
